PC users will get a chance to meet New York City's second Spider-Man soon. Marvel's Spider-Man: Miles Morales has been announced for PC by Sony, Insomniac, and Nixxes, with a release window set for Fall 2022. Steam and Epic Games Store pages are now live, as well.

Check out the game's teaser trailer below.

Studio Nixxes is handling the PC port of Spider-Man: Miles Morales, just as it did for the PC release of Marvel's Spider-Man Remastered. Players should be able to expect similar features, such as more selectable graphics options and support for mouse-and-keyboard input, among other things.

Marvel's Spider-Man: Miles Morales isn't the sequel to Marvel's Spider-Man, but more of a "stand-alone expansion". The "true" sequel is Marvel's Spider-Man 2, currently scheduled for release in 2023 on the PS5Miles Morales is smaller in scope than the first game, and focuses on Miles' story. Miles first showed up in the game and became a friend of Peter Parker's who happens to have spider-powers of his own. Its of Miles Morales kicks off when Peter goes on a trip out of the city, leaving Miles to protect New York in his stead. Things escalate quickly, though, as Miles must contend with a violet war erupting in Harlem between the sinister Roxxon Corporation and a gang of tech-equipped vigilantes called the Underground.

Marvel's Spider-Man: Miles Morales is due for release on the PC in Fall 2022. It is currently available on PS4 and PS5.
